My email account for {removed email address} has been blocked and when I try to log in, the following message appears:
"Unusual activity was detected on your account. Please contact Windows Live customer care."
I do not understand why this is as I have not done anything to warrant this and would appreciate it if this email account can be unblocked immediately. I use this account for job applications and I have been emailed applications forms which need to be submitted within the next two days, so this is a major inconvenience for me if I cannot access my emails. Please can you resolve this issue as a matter of urgency.
Please note that I was unable to log in to this forum with the blocked email address and so I had to create a new account to do so ({removed email address}).
