Good day,

I want to have an account with bigger limit, to send newslettermails to my customers.

But I cannot find in the description of Plus or Premium, how many emails can be send a day.
Good would be also a connection from Hotmail to my Newsletter Mail Program. Therefore SMTP is required.

Please tell me.

I am unable to provide you with the exact number of of email messages you can send in a 24-hour period should you upgrade your account to Windows Live Hotmail Plus or MSN Premium but I can assure you that the increase will be more than enough.

thank you for your reply. but do you buy a product without knowing what this is? therefore I need to know how many emails can be send a day with Plus and how many with Premium. Please find this out for me.

I tried the standart Hotmail account and it says 100 emails per 24h. But my first 100 emails was send more then 24h ago and the system still does not want to send another emails.

I'm sorry but we do not publicly disclose the sending limit for Hotmail Plus accounts as spammers tend to abuse the system with this information. In the meantime, you can check out this solution regarding Windows Live Hotmail's sending limits.

FYI: MSN Premium accounts have a 300 messages per 24-hour limit.

says if want to be send more then 300 then an upgrade to plus or premium is required.

If possible lets do following: Enable my account to PREMIUM as a trial for maybe a week. I will test it how many mails I can send a day. If it is ok I will buy the full licence.

The link regarding billing does not allow me to contact your billing dept. Just to keep you informed, my country is Turkey, the Windows I use is english but the browser is in german. I actually wished to have a hotmail.COM account but the system did not allowed me. Now it is hotmail.DE because of my german browser. Anyway this is not so important but I cannot find billing dept. in Turkey.

Please assist me a little bit more. I really need the function of Premium asap.

I called them but had no success.
Why is it so difficuilt to get contact with MSN support/customer care?

Can someone give me a valid email address of the billing dept? I hope I will get answer from them too.
