Temporary Internet files store the information that your computer exchanges with the Web sites that you visit and, as time passes, these files become cluttered. This can adversely affect the communication, and this is why we're advising you to delete these files regularly.
If you continue to encounter the same problem, we will need to isolate the problem. Please reply with the following info:
- Does the issue occur when using other accounts?
- Does the issue occur when using another computer with a different Internet connection?
