For troubleshooting purposes, I suggest that you add “hotmail.com”, “msn.com”, “passport.com” and “live.com” to the safe list of your respective Internet filtering software (such as firewall software, pop-up blocking software, antivirus software etc.). If you are not sure on how to do this, get in touch with the manufacturer of the Internet filtering software that you’re using for detailed instructions.
If the issue persists, temporarily disable your Internet filtering software. You can enable it afterwards.
