I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to retreive emails that have been stored either in my inbox or other managed boxes and i am getting a message that reads "The message you selected could not be found. It may have been moved or deleted. Please click the folder again to refresh the view" I have NOT deleted or moved these messages. Some of them have very important copies of contracts and contact information that I NEED RIGHT NOW. I need someone to explain to me why I am getting this message and where are my emails and when will i get them back?????????

the windows live mail technician space says that it is off and does not allow me to post permission to access my account. I  only have a few weeks to access these emails'and this is getting out of control seriously. I have been with hotmail since 1994 or so and have not had any issues but this is crazy. I grant permission for windows live to access my account and figure out what is going on!!! The most important email I am trying to access at this time is from {removed email address} Hotwire hotel purchase for N Rohn and 1 guest Philadelphia 11/28/09. But as I stated previously i cannot access any emails that are 3 weeks old or more.

I can not send or recieve e-mails???

- How do you send an e-mail and where do you encounter the difficulty?
- Do you receive any error message while trying to send emails? If yes, please provide us the exact error message.
- When was the last time that you were able to send emails?
- Does the problem occur when you try to send messages from a different computer?
- What's your e-mail address in question?
