I'm getting the "This account is currently blocked from sending messages. If you don't think you've violated the Windows Live Terms of Use, please click here."  error beause I wanted to let all my contacts know my email address had changed.  Please unblock my account so I can use my email.

Craigbeckner, I've already unblocked your Hotmail account. You can now use it again to send e-mail messages.

Thank you Jordan, what are my sending limits so I don't run into this again?  I don't send many bulk messages but occassionally need to contact a large group.  How can I get my limit raised (for free of course...)?

I only emailed 30 people and was cut off.  Where is my limit now?  I can't be sending emails then not be able to respond for a day while I wait for this odd version of customer service.

After checking your account, I found out that your account has not yet developed its reputation since it's a newly created one. As what mentioned in the link that Sharon posted:

"The send mail limit depends on your reputation within Hotmail. The system needs a few days to build your reputation. So, there are more stricter limitations on new accounts or accounts that have engaged in activity that is representative of abusers sending spam.

If you are a new user, a low sending quota is a temporary restriction and is upgraded to the 300 limit (previously it was 250 - changed in Sep '09 update) as soon as the user establishes credibility in the system."

So how about answering my question?  How many emails can I send in a day?  How long does it take to "establish credibility"?  Obviously this is a real person communicating with you.

To answer your question, we can’t determine how long will it take before you establish your credibility since this is system-based.  Once you’ve built your credibility, you can send a maximum of 300 e-mails per day.

Are you getting any error message when sending e-mails?  If so, post the exact error message here so I can properly address your concern.

I got this error message since sending an email to an incorrect address and having it returned as undeliverable. I was trying to contact someone at my daughter's middle school and was unsure of a hyphenation in the address. The account is {removed email address}
