    I'v been trying 2 days to access my old emails and this message keeps showing up. I need my old emails back. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

    I have also had the same problem occur for all emails older than 5 days old. I need help!

    I have been trying to get help for three days now on the issue. I cannot read any of my old emails. I keep getting the error "The message you selected could not be found. It may have been moved or deleted. Please click the folder again to refresh the view." I would really appreciate some help ASAP. My email is {removed email address}.

    I am have the same problem on all email older than last week. I get

    when I try to open.

    the same problom to me as well. i can not access emails in all folders. any solutions? help pls.

    I'm also having the same problem... I have some data in the emails that I need and I can't access them.  How do we escalate this issue, does anyone know?

    Can someone seriously get working on this problem? Obviously multiple people are having the same issue. I have vital data on those emails that are no longer available!
