&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Try to set up your account in an e-mail client and see if you able to send and receive your messages. You can refer to Andrei&amp;#39;s reply for the link. If you are able to send and receive your messages using a different e-mail program, you need to contact FranklinCovey Plan Plus Online&amp;#39;s support team and tell them that you are using the correct settings for your account.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I am trying to set up my email account in Frankling Coveys Plan Plus Online.&amp;nbsp; I got the incoming set up correctly, but the outgoing SMTP settings are not working.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I used smtp.live.com with a port of 25 and checked teh SSL box.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I spoke with Franklin Coveysupport and they indicated it was probably a problem with my account settings.&lt;/p&gt;
