mema00636, to help you recover your deleted messages, post your e-mail address here. Although I cannot guarantee that I’ll be able to restore the messages that you’re looking for, I can at the very least maximize our resources to try and retrieve them.

Hi James. I was able to retrieve one message in your Junk folder but I can't confirm if it's your needed message. Please review it. If it's not the one, I'm sorry but it's already beyond retrieval. The restoration that I've done already covered all areas.

Hi,

I stupidly clicked 'mark as junk' or 'mark as unsafe' on a email in my Junk folder from another researcher and i really would like to get it. It was from a B. Tolley (possible address sent from {removed email address}) to my account {removed email address}. it is not in my deleted folder or junk folder and really hope i havent lost it! I did it around 11.50 GMT

I’ve tried to recover your lost e-mail. I was able to recover some e-mails from your Junk mail folder and have moved them to your Inbox. Although, I can’t guarantee that the recovered messages will include the one that you are looking for.

It was an email that was already in the junk folder, and I accidentally set to MARK AS JUNK

IronLantern, can you clarify what procedure did you do when you accidentally deleted an e-mail because the Mark as unsafe link has already been changed to Mark as Junk. Is the Mark as Junk link is the one you're referring to? If so, the e-mail should be moved to your Junk folder. If the e-mail is already deleted there, you have to post your e-mail address here so that I can try retrieving your lost e-mail.

raof, I've tried to recover the message from our server. Unfortunately, it wasn't recovered. It is possible that the message was already purged from our server even before I tried to recover it.
