Hi my partners account was hacked and all our important documents where deleted or stolen. This documents are very important such as her visa documents, passport numbers, flight details and so on not include other personal information that now the hacker has. Also I believe the hacker forwarded all the messages to another account and deleted all.

We where able to get back into her email by trying password 123456 which the hacker changed it to.. We need help and need all these documents back as they are very important????? This is my second posted and haven’t heard anything..

I was hoping that you could advise me of how to have microsoft support recover a string of emails that I accidentally permanently deleted (after I sent them) from my hotmail account. I am the owner of the hotmail.com account, however long longer have the emails and the attached photos that were sent in this string of emails from my hotmail.com account on 02/11/2009. Please advise next steps in contacting microsoft support, so they can recover them from the mail server and resend the emails with attached photos back to the hotmail.com account in which they originated from.

My email was hacked sometime over the last two weeks as far as I am aware. I changed my password as soon as i noticed.
