&lt;p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;"&gt;Try these steps first on how you can print emails properly and let me know what happens: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;"&gt;1. Select the message you want to print.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;"&gt;2. Click on the printer icon located between the &amp;ldquo;Move to&amp;rdquo; dropdown and the blue arrows.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;"&gt;- or - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;"&gt;Right-click on the message, and then click &amp;quot;Print&amp;quot;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;"&gt;- or - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;"&gt;If the message is open, just click on the Print icon.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;"&gt;Select the print options that you want and depending on your browser, click either &amp;quot;Print&amp;quot; or &amp;quot;OK.&amp;quot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
