Unable to Synchronize Outlook 2007 Inbox with Hotmail using Outlook Connector

I created an email account for my daughter under my MSN Premium Services. I am trying to synchronize that account into Outlook 2007 using Outlook Connector on my daughter's laptop. She can send email from her laptop using the new email account using Outlook 2007, but Outlook Connector doesn’t synchronize incoming email into Outlook 2007 from the MSN webmail server. Under the Outlook 2007 server status tab, Mail, Calendar and Contacts show up as “connected.” The “detailed report” has this message

Mail: Last successfully refreshed at 10:32 AM.

Calendar: Last successfully refreshed at 10:32 AM.

Error in Mail

Account must be upgraded to a Windows Live Hotmail account. Visit http://g.live.com/1OLC12URL/3211 for details

Account: {removed email address}. Error: 3211. Server. User is not in Kahuna.”

Clicking on the “http://g.live.com/1OLC12URL/3211” just takes you to her email account on webmail. There is no tab or option in the account itselt to “upgrade to a Windows Live Hotmail account.” The webmail works fine.

How do I get my daughter’s new email account ({removed email address}) to synchronize with Outlook 2007 on her laptop with Outlook Connector, like mine ({removed email address}) does?
