Won't allow me to send mail

I have sent less than 6 emails using this platform EVER. Now when I try to email I get the following comment "This account is currently blocked from sending messages. If you don't think you've violated the Windows Live Terms of Use, please contact customer support." I don't see how I violated anything as I only use this to answer someone else. Why and how do I fix this.

Live e-mail and Outlook Contacts

Ever since I installed outlook connector to access my MSN accounts, I cannot access my contacts to add addresses to e-mails while I'm composing them in Outlook. They exist perfectly in Outlook (2003 version) but unless it is a contact that I've used before (which comes up automatically) I can't add a contact to an e-mail. If I choose the contact icon, the only selections for contact lists are "personal address book" or "Outlook Address Book" I'm unable to change the properties to point to my Outlook Contact Lists.

Why can't I close my hotmail account?

I've read the posts relating to this and followed the instructions. It said my account would be deleted in the coming days but it still remains. I've gone through this process twice in the last month and the account is still active. I want to delete this account immediately as it's been hacked into. Any help??

logout failure

for the last several weeks we continue to get a logout failure message upon logging out. this happens only on our hotmail accounts. we have yahoo accounts also but do not get this message when logging out of yahoo mail. what's up? any suggestions? it reads "sign out failure" may be due to third party cookies, we have checked all of our settings but nothing has changed. we have even tried enabling and disabling settings but still does not work. we did not change anything on our end before we started having this issue.

Invited to add my nephew to my contacts in Windows Live Messenger, which I did.
Moused over contact and selected "Send e-mail" from the fly-out menu, which open Live Hotmail

The email address was auto inserted in the recipent box. The email has "bounced" back on two occassions giving this message

My nephew must have signed up and was accepted, or I would not have had an invitation to add him to my contact, so how is the mailbox UNAVAILABLE?

Help in this matter would be appreciated.

deleting hotmail account permanently

I want to delete my hotmail account permanently. I am incredibly frustrated as I have been trying now for days, and keep going around in circles. I select my hotmail account to delete, and the message informs me that my account cannot be deleted due to "one or more paid services or a Points account" associated with my account. I have no idea what this means as I only have a free hotmail account. Regardless, I click "help with this" and it takes me to the billing information, which informs me that I have no billing account. After this, there is nothing I can do.

How can I permanently delete this account? I have no billing account, or a Points account, yet it keeps refusing my request. I am so frustrated, and would like to contact the Hotmail staff directly, to have them delete my account, but I cannot find anywhere to get ahold of them. Please help.

Hotmail account with over 8,000 messages

This is essentially five years of emails building up. My mum doesn't delete anything.

She now has over 8000 emails, 140+ pages on the browser, and I want to get her to delete them, but doing it screen by screen is a bit onerous.

Is there any way that "select all" actually will select ALL emails, not just those on the visible page?

Problems w/ Hotmail

Recently, I discovered that my account had been put in the "away on vacation" mode. Now I did not do this and when I went to turn the setting off I found that the away message was similar to spam emails that are often received. I read up on the matter, turned it off, ran a deep virus/worm/trijan scan on my machine and found no problems. I thought the problem was solved, however no whenever I go to send a new message (which I don't do often) the message prepopulates with the same spam message that was on the vacation setting. The message is as follows --

Can anyone please tell me what is going on and how I fix this problem? The resoluation center says something about resetting my password, but no emails are being sent out from my account (nothing in my "sent" folder") that I can find. So does that mean anything, will the password reset still work??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Difficulty in sending and receiving mail.

Incoming mail is slow and I am unable to send a lot of emails, in particular ones with ppt,mpg and wmv attachments. OK if I use my Hotmail Account without Windows Live.
