I don't think that this is going to work. I just read about a guy that had the same issue and it lasted over 5 months. I need this to be working in two hours, otherwise don't bother. I will be cancelling my subscription and look for an webmail client that I can really use not just pay for it and having"maintenance problems".

Thanks,

Tony

We understand your sentiments, Tony. Our product team is still in the process of identifying the cause of this issue since the problem is not server related. Sadly, we don’t know exactly when the problem will be resolved. We saddened by the fact that you're thinking cancel your subscription. Nevertheless, we’d like you to know that we respect whatever decision you may take. We hope that you'll still give Hotmail another chance in the future.

It's still not working and this is starting to annoy me. I somehow understand this system maintenance thing but I don't like paying for a service I cannot use. And please don't give me that nonsense about optimizing my browser because I know for sure that this is not my computer's fault. So I want an answer regarding my problem.
