My email account has sent out an email to all of my contacts

Hi. Today when I logged on I found out that my account has sent out an email to all of my contacts. The email was sent whilst I was at work and contains the following:-

Is this a virus and does this mean that my email account is now compromised. If I continue to use htis will the same keep happening?

Quise restablecerla pero no recuerdo la respuesta de la pregunta secreta ni la contraseña de otra cuenta que habia abiertopara tal fin. RD - Timeout errors accessing inbox after sign in

For over a week this error occured after signing in and system was trying to access the inbox. The system started working again for about 12-24hrs after about 10 days then went back to timing out. I am using firefox 3.5.5 and it is optimised. Never had a problem until just over 2 weeks ago when this issue started. Any ideas on what may be the issue and how to eliminate the problem?

Hi- my two personal accounts have been blocked for no reason. I have not violated any Terms of Use and use these accts only for personal use. I'm not a spammer!! Please refer to my earlier threads. This block is unjustified and unwarranted. Please remove block and reinstate both accounts. The warning reads: "This account is currently blocked from sending messages. If you don't think you've violated the Windows Live Terms of Use, please contact customer support". The blocked accounts are: (1) {removed email address} (2) {removed email address} Please provide customer support ASAP. Thank you.

I signed in to messanger and can check my msn space, what's new... everything! But, when i want to go to my mail to read or compose it wont let me. An error message says: Internet Explorer cannot display webpage. It's been since 9am this morning. I tried the other four computers at work and it seems only my personal account does that since im using my work email just fine. I restarted my computer and check internet options and nothing. Please help!!!

Problems logging into Hotmail & Messenger

I've read the other posts about not being to log in & maintenance issues so I'm sure that may be a factor at some point but the error is different. I'm able to log in from any computer but once I click Sign In the browsers (Firefox & IE8/7) go into a loop just showing Continue over & over again & never showing me my email. My messenger just kicks back an error that the password is incorrect or that my .NET account is invalid. My account email address is "{removed email address}".

I have been receiving emails that say unless I respond within a week, my account will be closed. It says it's from the Windows Live Team but has random email addresses as the response. I do not want to respond to these because it asks for my username, password, birthday and country. I exclusively use my Hotmail as my only email source. So, I shouldn't be in "danger" of losing my account. I need to know that these are not a scam as they ask me for confidential information. Every one varies a little in the design and it always appears in my junk mail.

Can't Sign In to Hotmail Account

I can't sign in to my hotmail account - error message says e-mail address or password is incorrect.

I have not changed my password and I have tried the correct password many times. Unfortunately I can't change my paswword without successful sign in.

All forms of account assistance including this support forum requires sign in. I am using a newly created sign in here - but I need acess to my main account today to receive important e-mails. I have had this account for over 10 years and do pay for a hotmail plus account. Support is now very difficult if you can't sign in!

Someone has hacked into my account and is sending the following message from my email address to my entire email list. This has now happened twice.

Starting about 1 week ago, whenever I reply or forward a message I get this advertisement that automatically pops up in the body of the email. I have to delete it everytime. I have never been to this website and I don't know how to make it stop! Please help! Here is what pops up each time. Cannot close hotmail account

I have been trying for hours to close my hotmail account. When i try to close it through my email account it tells me i have paid services tied to that email and i should make sure that they are all canceled and that microsoft points account should be closed too. The problem is that the only paid service is an xbox live account that was cacnled back in 2005. (no idea what that is). I have called 2 support phone numbers and no help. The second support nu,ber told me to post it here.

My email is {removed email address}. Please let me know what is going on in order to close this email address.

I am having the following problem with my hotmail account ( {removed email address} ).

Everytime I try to mark more than one email as junk mail I receive the following message:

“We're doing some maintenance to improve the service. We apologize for getting in your way. Please try again in a few minutes. If it's been more than an hour, tell us you're still waiting.”

That's is happening for a month now. Tried to use several browser with no sucess.

Today , two days later, it continue to send this mail to some of my contacts.

Hi, could someone please advise why I've been unable to access my {removed email address} account today? It's been well over the four hours shown in the message I keep getting. I'm able to access my other hotmail accounts with no problem, but of course, this is the one I use most and really need to be able to get into right away.

Yesterday I created a new account.

I could use it but now I even can't login , even resetting the password is not working, I got an message that the account doesn't exist. So I tried to create a new one with the same name but hotmail reports it is already taken.

What can I do about that ?

I only changed te email forward option to another email account .

I have been struggling to delete all my Windows Live related accounts. I have finally resorted to seeking your help to do this.

My Live ID is {removed email address}

Please delete every single account that is related to the above ID. From Windows Live, Spaces, Hotmail, etc, etc. When I attempt to close the account, I am redirected to this:

After I click on the 'billing' link which redirects me here:

It's like a merry-go-round of directing and redirecting. Please just help me to delete the Live Account. Much appreciate.

i clicked on the link, and it says there are no paid services attached to my account, and I still cant close it. I really want this closed and I have been going incircls for over an hour trying to get out of it. please help.
