My hotmail e-mail is {removed email address}. When I send e-mails from {removed email address} to this hotmail address, I get the response below:

I have reviewed your account and have found out that it was blocked by our automated spam filters. I have unblocked it and you should now be able to send your messages properly.

I am having the same probem. I have a brain injury. I can't figure out how to contact you guys for assistance. This is very confusing and not very funny. My email has been blocked. I don't know how to get help to fix it. I can't figure out how to access help. I am not developmentally disabled, but have suffered a brain injury. This is all very confusing. Please help. I am not able to access help here. How do I contact customer support? I can't find out how to contact customer support. Where is customer support? All I run into is dead ends. HELP!!! The message says contact customer support and I just get sent here.

Angela i have the same issue, my account has temporarily been closed i think it might be due to possible spam being sent from my email address but i didint do it. i need to get access to my emails to get all my travel confirmations, im going in two days. i emailed the abuse email address and i was supposed to get a response in 24 hours that was 4 days ago can you help please

Hi,

I am having a similar problem with {removed email address} which I often use to e-mail my hotmail account, but this morning it was blocked. This address is never used to send spam e-mails - are you able to remove it from the black list please?

I’ve reviewed your account and found out that it was blocked by our automated spam filters. I’ve unblocked it already so you could send your mails again.

To help prevent your account from being blocked again, use these tips:

• Check your contacts and recipients lists to make sure that only people who want to receive the messages will receive your messages.
• Reduce the number of messages that you send to large groups of people so that they are less likely to think your messages are unwanted mail.
• Limit the number of chain letters, e-mail jokes and other messages that you send to help people recognize your mail as wanted and to make it more likely that your message will be allowed past your recipients' junk mail filters.
• Check all the contacts in your address book to make sure that the accounts are still active.
