This message appears when I try to send an email:

"Esta cuenta está bloqueada actualmente y no puede enviar mensajes. Si crees que no has infringido las Condiciones de uso de Windows Live, ponte en contacto con el servicio de soporte técnico."

This account is actualy blocked and can`t send messages. If you think that you haven´t infringed the users conditions of Windows Live, contact the tecnical support service.

Please let me know how can I solve this problem. Thanks!

Hello,

I'm not able to send e-mails anymore, I'm receiving this message:

"No momento, esta conta está impedida de enviar mensagens. Se você considera que não violou os Termos de Uso do Windows Live, contate o suporte ao cliente."

I think it was because I sent an e-mail do my friends telling that I moved from USA to Brazil, and I'd like to tell them my new e-mail and other ways of contact.

It was about 100 friends and family.

Could you please unblock my account at Windows Live Hotmal??

I am not a spammer, I am a business executive and I set up a company email for my customers to contact me directly and for my company to send out email blasts to our customers about holiday promotions. I have a large customer base and Im going to need access to send about 500 emails a month. most of them in one day. Is is possible to have my account looked into so that this can be possible. Otherwise Im going to have some very angry customers.

I am temporarily using Bell Mail on the sympatico servers because my desktop computer (where I have Outlook) is being repaired.

Earlier today I sent several E,mail messages using Bell Mail, but tonight I get an error message: "This account is currently blocked from sending messages. If you don't think you've violated the Windows Live Terms of Use, please click here.

How can I resolve this problem?

My account has been blocked from sending e-mails. Everytime I attempt to send an e-mail I receive this message " This account is currently blocked from sending messages. If you don't think you've violated the Windows Live Terms of Use, please contact customer support". I have been receiving this message since Sunday evening (Nov. 15).

I am not violating the hotmail user agreement or terms of use. Help to restore my account would greatly be appreciated!

i havn't hardly sent any e-mails and don't think i have done anything to make this happen.

When trying to send message from my accountr {removed email address}. I get an error message saying that sending messages is blocked because of violation of policies.

From delivery error messages and responses from friends, it appears that someone else is using my account to send spam messages. How can this be resolved?
