&lt;p&gt;Others have received messages about their emails being delayed or refused. (I have not been able to get copies of these.) I have already checked my junk email filters and my sender/reply function as suggested by several moderators. This is NOT the issue. &lt;p&gt;Any messages I send from my email account are also not being received or are largely delayed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This seems to be a server issue and not a settings issue. It seems to me that some update might have been performed and that Microsoft is having technical difficulties. I can live with that but I&amp;#39;d really like it if someone could inform those of us (and there seems to be MANY) with this problem that steps are being taken to fix it.&amp;nbsp; All I&amp;#39;d like is an answer and hopefully some sort of timeline for when I can expect these issues to be resolved. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I use IncrediMail and Outlook Express.&amp;nbsp; I can receive mail in IncrediMail but I can not send mail with the MSN email address.&amp;nbsp; In Outlook Express, I also can not send mail with MSN.&amp;nbsp; In IncrediMail I also use a VERIZON email address and that is working fine both ways. This has been going on for a few days now.&amp;nbsp; I have been trying to fix it. No where in your help items is this subject covered.&amp;nbsp; Only if you can&amp;#39;t send an attachment. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sometimes in IncrediMail I get a message that says failed to connect to outgoing server.&amp;nbsp; Try again later. And in the detail sometimes it says something about a missing exp date.&lt;/p&gt;
