I suggest that you visit the link to the Solutions post below. It provides information about the increase in reports that we have received about accounts been hijacked and spam mails been sent to customer's contact list without customer's knowledge.

I also suggest that you check your "Signature" and "Vacation Reply." To make sure that there are no imbedded spams messages in it.
Here are the steps:
1. Log in to your Windows Live Hotmail account.
2. At the upper-right corner of the page, click Options and then select More options on the dropdown menu.
3. Under Manage your account option, click the Send automated vacation replies link.
4. Click the Don't send any vacation replies radio button.
5. Wait for the page to fully load then select the message on the box.
6. Press Delete on your keyboard to remove the selected message.
7. Click the Save button.
To check your "Signature," please follow the steps below:
1. Sign in to the Windows Live Hotmail website with your Windows Live ID.
2. On the Action bar, click Options, and then click More options.
3. Under Customize your mail, click Personal e-mail signature.
4. In the Personal e-mail signature box, if you see the message that is being attach to your e-mail, highlight it using your mouse and then press on the "Delete" button on your keyboard.
5. Click on "Save" in order for the action you performed to reflect in your account.
