I'm trying to do the same thing as you were. port 25 is not working...did you ever get this fixed?

I am trying to set up my email account in Frankling Coveys Plan Plus Online. I got the incoming set up correctly, but the outgoing SMTP settings are not working.
I used smtp.live.com with a port of 25 and checked teh SSL box.
I spoke with Franklin Coveysupport and they indicated it was probably a problem with my account settings.
