    hey ive been having the same message for a few months now!! and im really pissed now this is my email account for my college.. i need it fixed ASAP..

    I've determined that this is an account specific issue. We've notified the Hotmail Product Team about this and they are currently working on a resolution. I appreciate your patience during this time.

    Additionally, 4 hours is only a tentative timeframe for the Product Team to resolve an issue. It could go on for more than that, so please wait a while for them to finish their job.

    I have the same proble for more than a week. tried every thing mentioned here. no work.

    I have tried different browsers, different computers and different locations. All same: I can login and check the email after the first click, if I want to go back , then the error message comes out.
