How do I get rid of this message "We need to ask you to verify your account. After you do that, please come back and click Send again. This helps us fight spammers." when I try to send mail?

This is my e-mail address {removed email address} this mail account have problem as I describe above and I need to solve. I can't send mail to anyone.

The jagged character challenge or Human Interface Proofing (HIP) is used to prevent spam computers from sending unsolicited e-mail to large numbers of recipients. Our human customers prove they are human by answering the jagged character challenge. During different times and based on different situations, you may be asked to answer several jagged character challenges. Once you have done so, the number of jagged character challenges you have to answer will decrease until it rarely, if ever, occurs.
