    Please can you unlock my account. I have this error "Your account has been closed because it seems to have violated our Terms of Use" I use my hotmail email daily and im lost without it. It would be greatly appreciated.

    I am having the exact same problem. I keep being told that "This account is currently blocked from sending messages. If you don't think you've violated the Windows Live Terms of Use, please contact customer support. ". I have only just set up this account and have not violated any terms of use. My email address is {removed email address}. Could you please inform me of howto solve this.

    I have received the following message: All I was trying to do was send out emails to my contacts to let them know about our wedding and it has locked my account.  I understand the need for security but I only sent out 4 emails total.  I would like for my account to be unblocked. Thank you/

    I tried sending an email today and for some reason it gave this error message:

    This account is currently blocked from sending messages. If you don't think you've violated the Windows Live Terms of Use, please contact customer support.

    I dont know what I could have done that made this happen. my email addy:

    My e-mail account bloked because I changed my password and I forgot what it was and I try to answer the private question that it said invalid. I don't know how can I get back my e-mail that I have been using last 12 years.

    MY ACCOUNT COUDLNT SEND EMAIL OUT SAID ACCOUNT BLOCKED EMAIL {removed email address} please kindly do something towards this.

    Necesito ayuda, porque me blockearon la cuenta, me la cancelaron y no se porque, dicen que violé los terminos, pero no es cierto, quizás lo mas probable es que alguien me hackió la cuenta. Please por favor reactiven mi cuenta. mi email es {removed email address}
