i selected sign up in hotmail.com and then the exact message that i got was you have created too many accounts for the day please try again after 24 hours: Error code: 450 : 0x800482d4 : 2009-01-08T22:19:22 GMT

i was trying to create <edited>@hotmail.com

uhm i remmember creating this account years ago but apparently it got wiped out of your system, because i tried reseting the password but it states that it does not exist anymore

2. Select a topic from the choices at the left side of the page. 
3. Select Get more help link located at the lower-right corner of the page.
4. Click Get support link.

Ive had this problem for creating accounts for almost a week now. i have multiple accounts because i can only use 1 account per via xboxlive account which uses windows live id's i need to create new emails as i have purchased new memberships and wont allow me to create one??????

To contact them, just follow the steps below.

1. Go to https://support.live.com/default.aspx?productkey=wlid
2. Click on any of topics on the left panel, then wait for the page to load completely.
3. Click "Get more help" on the lower right corner of the page, then click on "Get support."

Don't forget to provide an alternate e-mail address for them to contact you with.
