Try these steps first on how you can print emails properly and let me know what happens:
1. Select the message you want to print.
2. Click on the printer icon located between the “Move to” dropdown and the blue arrows.

Right-click on the message, and then click "Print".
- or -
If the message is open, just click on the Print icon.
Select the print options that you want and depending on your browser, click either "Print" or "OK."
