Microsoft may contact you about any issues you report.). i AM ALREADY REPORTING 1 MONTH:((( PLEASE HELP. I HAVE TOO MUCH INFO WITCH I HAVE NEED. MY  email address {removed email address}

Our Escalation Specialists are still investigating your concern. This is why you still don't have the "My Escalations" panel. Once they respond, you should then be able to view the panel. BTW, you need to be signed in to this site to see it.

I have the same problem. I open the Hotmail website. I enter my e-mail address and password, and then when the browser tries to load up my hotmail account, it freezes, and this address is in the browser address bar: http://mail.live.com/default.aspx?wa=wsignin1.0. Then, I can't even open the hotmail website anymore. It just freezes with the same address in the address bar. I'm assuming that is because I am already logged in. If I restart my computer, the same thing happens. I can get to the hotmail website, but after attempting to log in, it gets frozen with this address in the browser address bar. Other people are able to log into their accounts on my computer. I have attempted to log into my account on other computers and the same thing happens. a few hours ago i wrote in complaining that my hotmail inbox wont work and u reolied via email which i clearly couldnt open coz my hotmail inbox doesnt work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
