Can anyone from anywhere please help me contact someone at Windows live for suppor and resolution to this error message I get when trying to send emails...

I have not violated any terms of service and I'm completly stuck for days now without being able to send email - or have anyone from Windows live help me out.
I am a savy user with 25+years experience in IT and web-portal end user solutions. This support service by Windows is the worst of any kind I've ever experienced. Not only is is seeminly impossible to initiate any kind of support, It's virtually impossible to figure out how to even ask and post a guestioon correctly. i have never seen something so unintuitive, difficult to navigate, and impossible to get any direct and first hand help. The reasons I see given here for ack of phone support is that because there are som many people globally that use this product - actually that would seem all the more reason a supposedly world-class product and operation would have some semblance of customer support. This is terrible. Can anyone be of any assistance at all. My email address is {removed email address}... I'm not even sure I'll be able to find my way back here to check any responses to this message. in the mean time, my Windows Live email is dead in the water. Thanks again MS for a fine product and even worse customer support!
