However, that thread contains this post that refers emmagrace9 back to this thread ...

So, you have effectively created a "circular reference" and you have avoided actually solving the problem for emmagrace9!!!
I believe the problem that emmagrace9 (and others) are having is this:
1. emmagrace9 (and others) were using Windows 2000 with IE6 and had no problems with the Photo Upload Feature.
2. Microsoft removed the Photo Upload Feature.
3. Microsoft restored the Photo Upload Feature.
4. emmagrace9 (and others) can not install the necessary ActiveX needed to run the Photo Upload Feature.
emmagrace9 (and others) are NOT asking Microsoft to support WIndows 2000 and IE6. They are asking Microsoft to support the Photo Upload Feature in the same way as it was supported BEFORE it was removed last July. The problem is NOT with Windows 2000 and/or IE6 ... the problem is with the Photo Upload Feature (that no longer works in the same environment where it previously worked last July).
You are not helping these customers by telling them to use a different browser or by telling them to optimize the browser they use or by giving them circular references to other threads.
These customers are asking you to fix the Photo UPload Feature so that it works in the same software environment where it worked last July.
