I would need additional information to further troubleshoot your concern. Please reply to this post and include your Windows Live Hotmail e-mail address. I would also need the exact wording of the error message you receive when trying to view the pictures in your e-mail.
What were the exact steps you have taken before coming across the error condition? To further isolate your concern, I would need you to confirm whether you will encounter the same error condition when using another computer with a different Internet connection.
If the picture is an attached file, then I would also need you to specify the file type and size of the attachment you are trying to view.
