The time on your email messages is dependent on the time zone set on your account. If you like to update it, here’s how:
1. Login on your Windows Live Hotmail account through http://mail.live.com or www.hotmail.com sites using your browser.
2. At the upper-right corner of the page, click "Options” then choose “More Options.”
3. Under "Manage your account,” click "View and edit your personal information.”
4. On the "Account summary" page, click the "Registered information” link (under your Birth date).
5. Under “Home Location,” choose your correct country.
6. Under “Time Zone,” choose your correct time zone.
7. Click the “Save” tab.
