Hello
I
have operated Thy Brothers Keeper Ministries (a non-profit group),
which includes TBK Prayer Ministry, for over 10 years. I have always
used Yahoo for our e-mail accounts, until now.
Over
the last month Yahoo has gone NUTS; I can't access my Yahoo e-mail
accounts for TBKPrayer, but can access my Prov31WomanPP e-mail
account, but I can't send and only half the time receive e-mails. My
mailbox says they were sent, but when I check the sent folder they
are not there and our Prayer Partners haven't received them. I
finally had it with Yahoo and our prayer staff not getting important
correspondence and the daily Prayer Bulletin.
What
I thought would solve the problem, I created e-mail accounts on
Windows Live Hotmail; The ministry e-mail (ThyBrothersKeeper) and the
Prayer Bulletin e-mail (TBKPrayer). Tonight was the first time
sending out TBK Prayer Bulletin from Windows Live Hotmail.
We
have 200+ prayer partners. With Yahoo e-mail, I was able to send
emails to all of them at once. The first attempt to e-mail the Prayer
Bulletin from Windows Live Hotmail, I received an error message "You
have sent the maximum number of messages in a 24-hour period".
I
got thinking, well maybe I had too many contacts at a time. So I
waited a little while and tried sending it again with only 50
contacts. PTL! It was mailed out, no problem.
However,
when I tried sending the next set of e-mails, I received another
error message "This account is currently blocked from sending
messages. If you don't think you've violated the Windows Live Terms
of Use, please contact customer support."
I
followed the link provided and came on here, to find out what
happened and to get it corrected. I(t took over 2 hours to get your
pages to load right and get signed up. Do you have a Toll Free number
or a direct e-mail? I think it odd to play tag on a message board.
This
is crazy! The first time I use Windows Live Hotmail, it messes up.
Then I can't even contact anyone (you people) to correct it. I don't
have time for this. I have Prayer Bulletins to get e-mailed out yet
tonight. How can I do this? Can someone e-mail me at TBKPrayer e-mail
addy I provided when registering and tell me how to correct this
mess.
For
being the first time using this, I am sadly disappointed.
Unfortunately, I had already informed our Prayer Partners of the new
address, so I need this fixed ASAP.
