Every time i send Emails to my friend he doesn't receive them...he sends them to me and i click reply and send them back but he doesn't get them...my wife has his address listed exactly the same as me and all hers get through...i've checked everything this end and nothing seems blocked and he has done the same thing...i'm perplexed

a. What’s your e-mail address?
b. What’s your friend’s e-mail address?
c. Did you also encounter this issue when forwarding or sending newly composed messages?
d. Have you confirmed from your friend that his e-mail provider doesn’t have issues receiving messages from Hotmail users?
