I tried your suggestion.  It has not helped.  I do not get a message.  The green progress bar shows up on bottom though.  I can check emails from the "HOME" option.  However that only allows me to see 3 emails and even with that, it will not "show content" even though I click to allow.  I basicaly cannot do anything from my INBOX.

My husband is encountering the same problem on this computer and his email address {removed email address}

He states he is able to check his email from another computer.

For your husband's issue with his account, he needs to contact us directly. There are things that we need to work with him directly regarding his account. You can ask him to join this forum the post his issue on this thread.
