HELP!
All of my foders have gone, also current emails? is it possible to retreave them. if tech can help and retrieve my emails. my address is {removed email address}

We can’t recover lost folders but we can try to recover the messages saved in them.
Let me know your e-mail address so I can check on it.

Hi Rob. I'm sorry; I'm unable to recover your e-mail messages. I have checked your account and found that it is being POP accessed. This may be the reason why your messages were deleted. To prevent this form happening, please make sure that the "Leave a copy of the message on the server" setting is selected.
