In the last few weeks I have been unable to forward any e-mail I have received which contains more that 5 attachments.  I never had this problem in the past, I was able to forward anything sent to me.  What could be the problem?

For investigation purposes, please post the answers to the following: 

- Your e-mail address.

- Did you encounter any error message?  If so, please post the exact error message that you are encountered.

- Are you using an e-mail client when you encountered this issue? If so, what particular e-mail client were you using?

- Does this issue only happen when forwarding messages with attachments or it is the same when just forwarding messages?

- The exact steps you did when you encountered the issue.

- The total size of the attachments that is included in the message that you are trying to forward.

I am having the same problem.I can only forward messages with 5 or less attatchments.I have calculated the sizes and its still under the 10mb limit.

Hi KrazyAz. I’ve checked your account and fixed it. You can now send more attachments using your account. Just make sure that your message with the attachments doesn’t exceed your free account's 10 MB.

1. My e-mail address is: {removed email address}

2. A message comes up saying "You can only have 5 attachments.  Please remove some files and try again."

3. No

4. This only happens when I try to forward any message with more than 5 attachments, otherwise I have no problem forwarding e-mails.

5. I received an e-mail, clicked on forward, put the names in that I wanted to send to, clicked on send, and the message comes up regarding no more that 5 attachments.

6. The total size of the attachments is 512.7 KB

I’ve made a back-end fix to your account. You can now forward e-mail with more than 5 attachments.
