I’ve determined that we need to do further investigation about your concern. For us to effectively diagnose your issue, I may have to ask you to send us the screenshot of the actual issue you are having. Having this will really help us in coming up with more accurate resolution since we can investigate the actual error you are viewing.
To send a screenshot of your issue, please follow these steps:
1. Open the page you are having trouble with, and then press the “PrintScreen” (PrintScrn) button on the keyboard.
2. Open MS Paintbrush. To do this, click “Start,” click “All programs,” and then click “Accessories.”
3. Click “Paint.”
4. Click “Edit,” and then click “Paste.” The screenshot is pasted on your program.
5. Click “File,” and then click “Save as.”
6. Under “Save as Type,” select “JPEG.”
7. Name the file, and then save the file on the desktop.
8. Attach the screenshot and send it to our test account.
