    My wifes hotmail account can be logged in to, but we get this message everytime we try to open mail. It's been going on for a couple of days. My hotmail account works fine. Please help.

    I have tried the link you gave and reset my browser settings. I can get into another msn account on the same computer without issue. when emails are sent to this address, they are told the account doesn't exist. We can still log into the account, just can't get to email - told the server is getting maintenance.

    Upon checking your account, I've confirmed that this issue doesn't fall under regular server maintenance. The product team has already been notified about this and is currently working on a resolution. I appreciate your patience during this time.
