Thanks again for getting back to me. You must realise by now however that just like me you now have thousands of angry customers who have been sending mail TO PEOPLE WHO THEY KNOW who have agreed to recieve such correspondence. At this rate you'll have no one using hotmail at all because it is just too unreliable. I appreciate that you cannot do anything personally to sort my problem or the others with the same problems but you do need to pass on all our experiences to those who can put things right.
I fully appreciate the problems created by spam and applaud your efforts to crack down on the problem but the way you are going about this is absolutely ludicrous.
Would it not be better to warn people first about suspicious behaviour and give them a chance to account for their behaviour, before blocking their accounts, and explain just what they have done wrong.
As I have already stated all I did was to try to send a couple of test mails to MY BEST FRIEND and he knew they were coming.
Being an up and comming author, who needs a reliable mail service, as things stand you have given me no option other than to switch to using Google as my main carrier. I expect most other people will switch to use either google or yahoo in future unless you change your precedures pretty fast and start unblocking my and the other users accounts.
Fortunately for me, when this situation started I set up an Identical account with Google and they have not blocked my account. In fact they have delivered a first rate service. hotmail is fast becoming a sick joke. whereas in the past you offered an exemplary service
I would like to use your services but at present you are offering a grosely inferior service, as all your complaints and queries will testify.
