I received the below email to sign in and solve a puzzle. When I sign in there is no puzzle posted and now my I can't send emails from my account.  Please let me know what to do or can you please reset my account.

Hi Kim.  Sign in to your account via the Hotmail site at http://mail.live.com and then try to send an e-mail so you’ll be prompted with the puzzle.
