I have been having the same problem for the past week and a bit, every time I try to access my hotmail accounts it never lets me in, i have to go through the steps of forgetting my password and answering my secret question everytime, which is meaning I have to change my password each time and this only lasts for a day - the next day i go to use my account with the password I have changed it to it doesnt work again and I have to go through the same process again - it is getting really annoying. Can anyone help me?

3. Click on "Windows Live ID"
4. Choose one topic from the list on the left part of the page
5. Click on the “Get more help” option on the lower right part of the page
6. Then click on the “Get support”
7. Complete the form
8. Click "Submit."
