My hotmail account is {removed email address} and I tried to sign on my account but it said that too many times the wrong password was entered. Someone tried login into my account...So I tried to reset my password by sending into an alternate email.  I received the reset link and I changed the password and when I tried to sign in with the new password it still said the same message that I cannot sign in because too many attempts....please help. I have very important email that need to get.

Once you’re on the page, click the link beside “Windows Live ID.” To reach their support group, follow these steps:

1. On the Help pane, click on any topic on the left panel then wait for the page to load completely.
2. Click Get more help on the lower right corner of the page, and then click on “Get support.”
3. Complete the e-form and then click Submit.

I did as you said and issue still unresolved. Please I really need help....I have important emails at {removed email address}
