    Deleted mail

    I emptied my deleted mail by mistake and I need to recover those e-mails, is there any way that you can help me? Thank you.

    Dandelion2009, I was able to restore the recent contents of your Deleted folder. Check if the messages that you need were retrieved.

    All my emails before May 2009 disappeared suddenly, I dont know if someone has hacked into my account or there has been some kinda technical problem. Could anyone help me to get them back please as some of them are really important to me?

    I’ve tried to recover your missing messages but I was no longer able to recover them as they were already purged from our servers.

    To ensure that your account isn’t compromised, I recommend that you change your secret question and answer (aside from your password) regularly to increase the privacy of your account.
