Please Help with Deleted E-Mails

Yesterday I deleted about 100+ emails from my Inbox Folder. These Emails would have been dated from approx., October 4, 2009 up through yesterday.

Can you recover them and re-sent them back to me, or post to my Inbox.

Hi Jim.

I’ve managed to retrieve a number of your messages. Please check out your Inbox where I’ve moved these messages.

The recovered emails as received in my inbox have no information on them, i.e., Subject Line, To etc. While there where many of these deleted by me, the real emails I need to recover would have been all of the emails contining information. Can you help.

Hi Jim. I realize the importance of resolving this issue immediately.

Please send me a screenshot of an e-mail message that has no information. To send us a copy of the screenshot, please follow the steps below:
  
1. Press the "Print Screen" key located on the upper right hand corner of the keyboard.
2. Open your picture editor (example: Microsoft Paint).
3. Paste the screenshot by simultaneously pressing on "Ctrl" and "V" on your keyboard or by selecting "Paste" on the "Edit" drop-down button in Microsoft Paint.
4. Save the screenshot by simultaneously pressing on "Ctrl" and "S" on your keyboard or by selecting "Save" on the "File" drop-down button in Microsoft Paint.
5. Enter a filename and select JPEG as file type.
6. Click "Save".
7. After that, attach the screenshot in your e-mail account and use your username in Windows Live Solution Center as the subject.

I am not sure were I am supposed to attached the 2 screen shots for your review. Unable to do it here.

Please explain further on how to send you the screen shots.
