Hi

I was wondering of you could help me. I have tired to send an email today, but a message has come up saying i have reached my daily limit. I dont see how i could of done as i have only sent one email today. But i have since noticed, that maybe someone might have got into my account and sent some spam from it, as looking in my sent messages there are lots sent to unknown addresses and since i have lots of failed message attempts come through. Please help asap, as need to send an email for work.

For me to be able to assist you, please post your e-mail address.  Also, please include the exact error message that you are encountering when trying to send messages. 

As for the messages that were sent from your account to your contacts, I suggest that you visit the link to the Solutions post below.  It gives information about the increase in reports that we have received about accounts been hijacked and spam mails been sent to customer's contact list without customer's knowledge.
