a. Can you give details on the steps that you did before encountering the problem?
b. Please try sending test messages to your recipients at different times of the day. This is to eliminate the possibility of Internet traffic affecting delivery of your messages. Did you encounter the same problem?
c. Did you encounter this issue to all messages that you send? Does this happen to a particular message only?
d. Did you encounter this issue when forwarding, replying, or sending newly composed messages?
e. Have you confirmed from your recipients that their e-mail providers do not have issues receiving messages from other Hotmail users?
f. Please verify with the recipients if they received the message on a later time or not at all.
g. Did you receive a bounce message in less than 24 hours? If yes, please provide us a copy of the bounce message with full message headers. To do this, please follow the steps below:
1. Right-click the e-mail listed in the message list and select View Source. This will open a window with the Message Source.
2. Copy the contents in the Message Source.
