Hi,

I've emailed Hotmail support, and they don't seem to be able to address my problem or they just ignore it.

Every time I hit the button to start a new message, or every time I hit "reply," I get the message I've posted below. I can't seem to clean or delete this message. I've changed my username and pass, but it's still there. What I would like is for Hotmail to personally clean my account up, so that this message stops appearing.

teebs, it's possible that the message you're seeing is saved in your signature. Check it out on your end then delete it at once if you found it there. See this Solution article. 

On step #4, select the whole content of the box and press the “Delete” or “Backspace” keys on your keyboard or right-click on your mouse and select “Cut” and then click Save.
