Not receiving certain emails

    Not receiving certain emails

    I am not receiving email from mypoints  , I have added them to my contact list and put them on the safe list . What else can I do to get the email ?  They have told me it is not on their end. Also I cannot send to hughes.net accounts it just comes back.

    Even though you already added mypoints’ e-mail address in your Contact and Safe lists, I still suggest that you can try checking your account settings for possible reasons why you can't receive e-mails from them. Visit these solution posts for the steps:

    Please post a complete copy of the bounce message or delivery status notification you receive when sending mails. Here’s how to get the full message header of the email:

    1. Right-click on the unopened message from the message list.
    2. Choose the "View message source" option on the dropdown menu. You will be seeing a new window containing the e-mail message headers and its content.
