Windows Live Help
Question Answered
I have been recently being harassed by an individual and deleted all her emails. Now I want to get a restraining order on her and need deleted emails sent between the dates October 18 to November 2. The ones recieved on October 31 and November 1 mysteriously disappeared, I did not delete them but they are no longer in my inbox. I am afraid that my account was hacked into. I changed my password today. Can you retrieve all emails sent to me from {removed email address}. I will block her as unsafe as soon as I recieve these back. Thanks for any assistance.

Hi there vlygrl. It’s a good practice to immediately change your password if you think that your account has been compromised. Now, for us to help you recover the e-mails, just post your e-mail address here so that we can proceed.

Hey Ricardo D. I gave you my email address as requested but have not got a response from you here's my email address again {removed email address}

I've already made a back end fix on your account to restore your missing emails. Please check all of your folders including the Deleted folder and see if the messages that you need reappeared. If they didn't, then they may have already been purged and are no longer recoverable.
Thanks for the effort but the one email that was sent on Nov. 1 is still missing which is scarey because you were able to pull up emails after that which doesn't make sense that it disappeared in the middle of the all the others. It is imperative that you to go back just one more day to recieve about 15 emails from the offending sender {removed email address} I believe it was the 24th or 25th of October. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
@vlygrl
We’d like you to know we can only recover messages if they are still in the server.
I still tried the restoration process to no avail.
