I'm hoping someone can help me please, I'm desparate to get my hotmail contacts back.

Yesterday, all my personal hotmail folders and contacts were deleted. An email containing some sort of virus or spam was also sent to everybody in my contacts list. I posted an question in another section of this forum about the missing folders, and thankfully someone was able to retrieve all my missing emails for me. They told me this had been done deliberately, and to change my paasword & secret question.

They suggested I post in this section of the forum to try to get my contacts retrieved. Some of the addresses in my contacts were:
