When I first open my account I cant see all my messages to the right because of a ad popup. How can I get this ad to go away or go farther to the right? I bought a new 17 inch monitor because I thought my old one was the problem.

I also would like to know more about why I cant send photos?

Please send a screenshot of the page detailing your issue to our test account so I can investigate. Please refer to the steps I have provided below on how to do so:

1.  Open the page you are having trouble with, and then press the “PrintScreen” (PrintScrn) button on the keyboard. 
2.  Open MS Paintbrush. To do this, click “Start,” click “All programs,” and then click “Accessories.” 
3.  Click “Paint.” 
4.  Click “Edit,” and then click “Paste.” The screenshot is pasted on your program. 
5.  Click “File,” and then click “Save as.” 
6.  Under “Save as Type,” select “JPEG.” 
7.  Name the file, and then save the file on the desktop. 
8.  Attach the screenshot and send it to our test account. Please put the "david zahner" as the Subject line of your e-mail for easy tracking.

Once done, please notify us by replying to this post that you have sent the screenshot.
